<p>JobID: 323</p> <p>Category: Engineering & Scientific</p> <p>JobSchedule: Full time</p> <p>Posted Date: 2026-01-07T13:01:43+00:00</p> <p>JobShift:</p> <p>:</p> <ul> <li>Sample preparation. </li><li>Perform testing using standardized test methods (e.g. analysis of surface area, particle size, structure, rheology, color, moisture, XRF and soluble chemistry density etc.). </li><li>Collaborate with quality managers and technical service to document procedures and results for complaint investigations. </li><li>Maintain a safe and clean workplace environment (5S methodology and housekeeping). </li><li>Work with technical and quality team members on complaint investigations and write reports. </li><li>Maintain a laboratory equipment and notebook to properly document data results. </li><li>SOP writing and updating. </li><li>Troubleshoot equipment issues. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED. </li><li>Must have a minimum of 1 year lab experience including analytical testing experience. </li><li>The ideal candidate should have experience operating/maintaining/troubleshooting lab equipment. </li><li>History of building collaborative relationships. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Knowledge and experience with safe industrial laboratory procedures including chemical handling. </li><li>Willing to learn fields of minerals, filtration, coatings, and milling. </li><li>Proficient computer and office skills. </li></ul> <p>U.S. Silica is a leading producer of industrial minerals essential to modern life.
