Agentforce for Supply Chain is reimagining the supply chain by empowering companies to collaborate and automate complex business processes on a single platform. As a Product Manager for the Super Agent, you will be instrumental in executing the vision for the AI-driven workflow engine and data platform. We are seeking a customer-obsessed team member with experience delivering enterprise products, passion for solving big problems with creative solutions, and commitment to speed and quality.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Feature Ownership: Own the feature lifecycle for specific components or minor feature tracks from discovery through launch and iteration.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Specification: Translate high-level strategic goals into clear, concise, and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical acceptance criteria for engineering.</p> </li><li> <p>Execution: Act as the voice of the customer within the development process, managing the product backlog, prioritizing sprints, and driving consistent delivery using Agile methodologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer & Market Research: Conduct detailed user interviews and quantitative analysis to deeply understand the pain points of supply chain operators and identify product opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Engineering and Design (UX/UI) to ensure technical feasibility and deliver intuitive, enterprise-grade user experiences.</p> </li></ul> <p>Must Have Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>A related technical degree required</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent spoken and written communication with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to collaborate with virtual and global cross-functional teams and work closely with engineering, design, and customer success.</p> </li><li> <p>Rigor and consistency in managing product backlogs and executing delivery.</p> </li></ul> <p>Nice to Have Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Exposure to the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with enterprise SaaS challenges such as complex permission models, integration technologies, and large-scale data governance.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with the Salesforce platform ecosystem (e.g., APIs, platform services).</p> </li></ul> <p>Unleash Your Potential</p> <p>When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $172,000 - $236,000 annually.</p> <p>The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.</p>
