__ BRINGING ART + GARMENTS TO LIFE. __ Available Positions Screenprint Machine Operator | Day Shift - M - F 8am - 4pm Pay starts at $17/hr Follow this link to see what our screenprint department does! https://tinyurl.com/LSScreenprint ____ SCREENPRINT MACHINE OPERATOR: THE OPPORTUNITY: Under the direction of the Screenprint Supervisor and Trainer, this position is responsible for processing screenprint orders through preparing garments, applying inks through use of screenprint press, and making quality adjustments as necessary. This position will lead the Unloader and provide first steps in quality control. The operator is responsible for changing screens and setting up/cleaning ink for specific orders, and operating the screenprint press to produce the best t-shirts in the biz. The operator will help verify garment quality and ink design to achieve company standards, and will wow our customers by meeting department and company goals. ____ A Typical Day (job functions) | Operate + Unload + Analyze + Verify + Repeat <ul> <li>Analyze orders to confirm design, ink colors and placement </li><li>Set up and operate screenprint machine; adjusting rotation, speed, pressure, and registration to achieve desired print quality </li><li>Change/clean screens and ink for specific orders </li><li>Unload shirts from platen </li><li>Verify quality of clothing and ink design </li><li>Change screens and ink for specific orders </li><li>Follow company standards and work to achieve department goals </li><li>Follows safety practices. Identifies problems and works to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance to OSHA standards </li><li>Works actively with others to get the job done </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> ____ Skills (qualifications) | Self-Motivated + Detail-Oriented + TEAM Player <ul> <li>High school education desirable, but not required </li><li>Tablet or computer experience preferred </li><li>Ability to work well in a team </li><li>Detail oriented and self-motivated </li><li>Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well </li><li>Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours </li><li>Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day </li><li>Previous production experience preferred, but not required </li></ul> ____ WHY LAKESHIRTS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO BE.
