<p>Job Overview</p> <p>Our field operations team delivers an exceptional installation experience for their customers' window and door replacement projects. As the Regional Operations Manager, you'll develop business processes, make critical decisions that impact our customers and business every day, and inspire the team to offer a truly white-glove, high touch installation journey. Join us and craft a vision for the team that will help us deliver on our promise of a world class customer experience.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be a team leader, a process improver, exceptionally detail-oriented, and above all, be motivated by and derive great personal satisfaction from helping people.</p> <p>This position supports the Lower Hudson Valley, New York City, and Long Island markets.</p> <p>Highlights of your role</p> <ul> <li>Lead the operations team for the assigned region (which includes multiple markets), including project managers, installers, and warehouse team members, providing feedback, coaching, mentorship, and assistance with day-to-day problem-solving activities. This will involve weekly travel between sites. </li><li>Take the lead on complex customer issues that are escalated to you. Offer support to team members without removing accountability. </li><li>Visit installs daily and handle customer issues face to face, when possible and appropriate. Be regularly available during all business hours to be able to quickly jump in and offer solutions to customer issues. </li><li>Build an operations strategic plan for your assigned markets that will help deliver on the Marvin Replacement business plan. Meet or exceed monthly and annual installed revenue goals. </li><li>Be a thought leader and provide input to the General Manager and other regional leaders on key business matters using the insights and experience you have as the operations leader for your markets. </li><li>Develop processes, procedures, and policies that continuously improve performance and raise the bar on the customer's installation journey. </li><li>Manage the inventory process for all assigned markets. </li><li>Help foster a culture that supports Better Living for our employees. </li><li>Work closely with customer success and other internal resources to ensure resources are proactively aligned with fluctuations in demand. </li><li>Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements regarding safety impacting the installation process are met. </li><li>Ensure all company purchase programs and vendor relationships are utilized appropriately to deliver compliance and cost containment. </li><li>Work with other managers and teams to focus on maintaining AR at the lowest level possible </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>$125,000 - $135,000, pay is based on experience</p> <p>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</p> <ul> <li>A college degree, preferred </li><li>Prior experience directly leading a team or mentoring and training others. </li><li>The ability to make difficult business decisions that impact our employees, customers, and business financials </li><li>Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience </li><li>Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. </li><li>Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Past experience with MarketSharp is desired, but not required </li></ul> <p>Also want to make sure you have</p> <ul> <li>5 years or more of construction experience, preferably in home improvement and/or window replacement. </li><li>5 years of experience understanding of construction documents, construction methods, and installation techniques in New York City </li><li>2 years or more of experience working and problem-solving directly with customers and homeowners. </li><li>Travel is required and may be up to 25%. You must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record. </li><li>The ability to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 40lbs, stand for at least 6 hours per day, climb ladders/scaffolding and stairs, and kneel. </li></ul> <p>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</p> <p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
