<p>Description</p> <p>We are looking for a highly qualified Director of Legal to oversee the legal aspects of our business</p> <p>Serve as the primary legal advisor, providing hands-on support across departments</p> <p>Lead and manage all legal matters, including corporate, commercial, labor, IP, and privacy</p> <p>Oversee and coordinate with external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions</p> <p>Act as a key advisor to the executive team, influencing company strategy and decision-making</p> <p>Assist in establishing internal governance policies and monitor compliance regularly</p> <p>Report directly to the CFO, contributing to the company's growth and compliance objectives</p> <p>What will you do</p> <p>× Develop and execute the company's legal strategy in alignment with business goals</p> <p>× Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks</p> <p>× Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with customers, partners and vendors</p> <p>× Ensure global compliance with data privacy laws and employment regulations</p> <p>× Manage legal aspects of employment matters across global offices</p> <p>× Manage the cap table and ESOP tracker</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>× Juris Doctor (JD) degree with active bar membership</p> <p>× Minimum of 8 years of legal experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, including drafting channel partner agreements (distribution, resale, MSP, etc.)</p> <p>× Strong knowledge of commercial law and data privacy regulations</p> <p>× Experience in corporate law including cap table and ESOP management, funding rounds, M&As</p> <p>× Proven ability to manage external legal counsel globally</p> <p>× Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</p> <p>× Strong business acumen and ability to align legal strategies with company objectives</p> <p>× Preferred: dual bar certification in the US and Israel</p> <p>You are</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>Cynet is a pioneer and leader in advanced threat detection and response.
