<p>Seats Incorporated is currently seeking to fill a Parts Shipping Clerk position on our first shift to support our shipping department.</p> <p>Summary: The Parts Shipping Clerk serves as a critical link in our customer support and aftermarket service chain. Unlike standard production shipping, this role focuses on the high-precision fulfillment of replacement parts, warranty claims, and service kits. This individual must act as a bridge between our Sales department and our customers, ensuring that replacement components are identified correctly, packaged securely, and dispatched rapidly to minimize customer downtime.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Precision fulfillment: Accurately pull and pack specific components, hardware, or sub-assemblies based on service orders or warranty claims. </li><li>Manage prioritizing shipments to meet critical deadlines. </li><li>Work with Engineering or other departments as needed to ensure the part being shipped is the correct revision or version for the customer's specific need. </li><li>Assemble "service kits" (grouping various small parts into a single package) to provide customers with a complete repair or replacement solution. </li><li>Coordinate with outside shipping suppliers such as UPS/FedEx for expedited or "next day air" services. </li><li>Operate equipment such as fork trucks, carts, pallet jacks, and order pickers </li><li>Ability to read and follow written and oral work instructions in English to ascertain materials needed to fill orders. </li><li>Ability to navigate computer systems to look up parts locations, check and record inventory, and coordinate deliveries. </li><li>Maintain identifying tags and labels for materials </li><li>Ability to communicate well with others across departments </li><li>Frequently lift and/or move to up 25 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move up to 50lbs. </li><li>Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train in other areas if needed. </li></ul> <p>1st shift: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Monday through Friday</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay up to $23.10 per hour ++ </li><li>Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance </li><li>Free on-site clinic </li><li>401k plan with company match, fully vested 1st day </li><li>Earned PTO available at 30 days </li><li>Paid vacation & holidays </li><li>Continuing education support </li><li>Profit-sharing and performance bonus programs </li><li>Opportunities for growth - we promote from within! </li></ul> <p>Seats Incorporated offers an hourly wage starting at $20.25 per hour with an opportunity for progressive increases starting after 2 months and every 6 months afterward based on performance to a maximum of $23.10 per hour.</p> <p>Seats Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer</p>
