<p>Assistant Teaching Professor - Nursing, non tenure</p> <p>August 21, 2025</p> <p>Brooklyn Campus</p> <p>Nursing</p> <p>This is a full time on-site role in Brooklyn. The Assistant Teaching Professor will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to nursing students at the undergraduate and graduate levels, developing nursing curricula, and engaging in academic research. Additional responsibilities include teaching specialized subjects such as pediatrics or psych mental health, advising students, participating in academic assessments, and contributing to faculty meetings and institutional service.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong background in Nursing and Nursing Education </li><li>Experience in curriculum development </li><li>Specialization in Pediatrics, OB, Psych Mental Health </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Commitment to student development and academic excellence </li><li>Must hold a Masters in Nursing and be a certified FNP or PMHNP </li><li>Current and unrestricted RN and NP license in NYS </li><li>Prior teaching experience in a higher education setting </li></ul> <p>Application Process and Additional Information</p> <p>Salary: $67,000-$71,000</p> <p>The university does not sponsor H1-B visas.</p> <p>Review of applications will continue until the position is filled.
