In addition to the base salary, some roles may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package</p> <ul> <li>CH </li></ul> <p>#LI-VD1</p> <ul> <li>Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner. </li><li>Establish baseline audit protocols for new waste programs, document compliance parameters for each project location. </li><li>Collaborate with Ops Manager, Site Lead, Branch Manager, and other resources to track corrective actions and share "Lessons Learned." </li><li>Perform site evaluations (Site General Assessments) and compliance checks using MS Forms. </li><li>Visit and assess top 5 customers per region. </li><li>Review and update site SharePoint content, ensuring JHAs, SOPs, Ops Manual, and HASP information are current. </li><li>Conduct monthly Best in Class in-person assessments. </li><li>Support implementations, startups, and onboarding of new hires. </li><li>Provide coverage for LOA, terminations, and PTO, ensuring proper waste packaging, profiling, and labeling prior to shipment. </li></ul>
