If you're highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a flair for design and communication, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing</p> <ul> <li> <p>Collaborate with leadership on Company Culture and Branding Initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a Super User and point of contact for our Company Website and Internal Employee Page</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate uniform orders and corporate branding materials</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the marketing liaison for our Senior Regional and Regional Directors</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and maintain the Marketing Catalog to support on-site teams</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and create content for internal social media accounts and websites</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and coordinate responses to social media reviews and support Google optimization</p> </li><li> <p>Design promotional materials including flyers, brochures, event invites, logos, and more using platforms like Canva</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and update Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans</p> </li><li> <p>Provide project support to the SVP and front desk coverage as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Visit properties to support outreach marketing and traffic generation</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned to ensure departmental success</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 1 year of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multi-task and self-manage with limited supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Highly organized and detail-oriented</p> </li><li> <p>Friendly, approachable, and a team player</p> </li></ul> <p>Tech & Tools You'll Use</p> <ul> <li> <p>Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced proficiency required)</p> </li><li> <p>Canva (Experience preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Basic website design knowledge is a plus</p> </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Schedule</p> <ul> <li> <p>Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)</p> </li><li> <p>Mostly office-based (sitting ~90% of the day), occasional travel to properties</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to navigate stairs (one flight)</p> </li><li> <p>Moderate noise level; occasional lifting under 50 lbs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Join Our Team</p> <p>RichSmith Management is a growing company with a people-first culture, offering full benefits and a collaborative, creative environment.
