<p>Graphic Administrator</p> <p>Nashville, TN 37212</p> <p>ROLE REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Design and produce various high-level print and digital marketing materials including promotional graphics, signage, social media designs, emails, web assets, presentations, etc. </li><li>Create new visual ideas for campaigns and specific-themed projects. </li><li>Assist in supporting the branding identity of the company, ensuring all internal and external content is consistent and recognizable. </li><li>Collaborate across internal department teams to understand brand objectives and incorporate them into compelling design solutions. </li><li>Manage TV Carousel for internal communications across all locations, including creating new designs and graphics to increase interest. </li><li>Contribute to content planning and strategy of marketing efforts in collaboration with the marketing department and overall company goals. </li><li>Maintain a detail-oriented eye, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all designs produced. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of experience preferred in a graphic design related role managing multiple design projects for different avenues. </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or similar preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office. Video editing skills are a plus, using Adobe Premier and Adobe Rush. </li><li>Understanding of, and experience with, utilizing email marketing platforms, social media platforms and other digital marketing tools to implement a variety of digital marketing efforts </li><li>Ability to work autonomously on assigned projects and act as your own project manager </li></ul>
