As a vital member of our team, you'll spearhead exceptional customer and supplier service while seamlessly managing administrative duties.</p> <p>The benefits</p> <p>Overall remuneration including;</p> <ul> <li>Profit sharing bonus program </li><li>Group Insurance plan including dental, vision & telemedicine; </li><li>401K plan with employer's contribution; </li><li>Three (3) weeks of paid vacation per year; </li><li>Twelve (12) paid wellness days per year. </li></ul> <p>The day-to-day</p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent internal and external customer/supplier service: handle incoming calls, respond promptly to emails, handle customer/supplier requests; </li><li>Create customer orders through the ERP system; </li><li>Perform expediting activities and follow ups with customers and suppliers regarding orders; </li><li>Process shipping and receiving administrative activities; </li><li>Data entry for various areas of procurement, sales, manufacturing and quality activities; </li><li>Suggest improvements, process changes and efficiency gains on daily tasks; </li><li>Keep the delivery dates and pricing information in the costing tools accurate; </li><li>Use the company ERP system (IFS); </li><li>Use communication methods effectively (MS Teams, phone calls, Outlook, etc.); </li><li>Perform any other administrative tasks requested by the supervisor to support the various internal customers and business lines of H2O Innovation. </li></ul> <p>The skills we are looking for</p> <ul> <li>Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience; </li><li>Hold professional or college training in administration, secretarial, or related disciplines; </li><li>Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams; </li><li>Have prior Experience using an ERP system; </li><li>Display a customer-centric approach towards internal clients; </li><li>Be autonomous, organized and attentive to details. </li></ul> <p>#Projet (WTS)</p>
