Is responsible for financial, operational, quality and regulatory performance of the assigned project. Organizes all aspects of the project including interdepartmental collaboration, resources, schedules and tasks. Understands key flight operations business drivers while working with minimal level of guidance on projects impacting the pilot group and flight operations bases.</p> <ul> <li>Defines project roles and responsibilities </li><li>Leads the project planning activities </li><li>Performs project tracking </li><li>Adopts Project Management best practices </li><li>Manages to project priorities </li><li>Performs risk management </li><li>Drives decision making </li><li>Manages effective change control </li><li>Communicates project status upward </li><li>Promotes stakeholder involvement </li><li>Promotes good working relationships </li><li>Represents Flight Operations on technology projects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):</p> <ul> <li>BA or equivalent work experience </li><li>0-2 years in Flight Operations or Project Management </li><li>Knowledge of Flight Operations </li><li>Project Management experience or certification </li><li>Ability to work in a high paced environment </li><li>Ability to work with all levels of the organization, employees, and outside vendors </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Computer skills including use of email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship </li><li>Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification </li><li>Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Thorough knowledge of FOX scheduling practices and procedures </li><li>Knowledge of pilot training requirements and qualifications </li><li>Knowledge of pilot UPA, specifically sections related to training </li><li>1+ year in an operational environment, interfacing with different departments and levels of leadership </li><li>Experience in development of documenting process, procedure, and requirements, as they relate to operational system programming and updates. </li><li>Experience in publishing applications related to guidance documents, such as InDesign or Oxygen. </li></ul> <p>The base pay range for this role is $66,500.00 to $86,616.00.</p> <p>The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills.
