If you're passionate about leading teams, solving problems, and driving results - and want to grow with a company that values your expertise - this is the opportunity for you.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead Projects from Start to Finish: Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. </li><li>Own Subcontractor Relationships: Evaluate qualifications, negotiate agreements, and ensure performance aligns with project goals. </li><li>Coordinate Documentation: Review and manage shop drawings, mock-ups, meeting notes, and design clarifications. </li><li>Drive Execution: Oversee daily site activities, resolve issues, and keep projects on track. </li><li>Manage Closeout: Lead punch list efforts, coordinate walkthroughs, and finalize documentation for smooth project handoff. </li><li>Control Financials: Review invoices, assist with collections, and prepare monthly reports to track performance. </li><li>Communicate Clearly: Keep clients, subcontractors, and internal teams informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field </li><li>5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects </li><li>Proficiency in Procore, RFIs, change orders, and construction documentation </li><li>Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and field operations </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Natural leadership and team coordination abilities </li><li>Sharp problem-solving and analytical thinking </li><li>Confident communicator and skilled negotiator </li><li>Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>This is a full-time, onsite role with regular presence on project sites across Southeast Wisconsin.
