Together, let's advance the world of minimally invasive care.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Primary Function of Position</p> <p>The Sr. Global Integrated Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing impactful, integrated marketing communications and programs to improve awareness, reputation, and demand for the Intuitive portfolio of offerings. You are exceptional at driving audience-centric communications to reach customers and patients with the right message, in the right place, at the right time. You are skilled in program strategy, development and activation, excel at integrating across global teams, and amplifying across communications channels (e.g., exec. comms, employee comms, brand, digital, events, PR, sales, etc.) to delight the customer and ensure a seamless experience.</p> <p>Essential Job Duties</p> <ul> <li>Define global communications objectives, audience segmentation, strategies, tactics, assets, creative deliverables, project schedules, and return on investment measurement </li><li>Drive audience-centric integrated marketing efforts with little oversight, that effectively integrate paid, earned, shared and owned channels </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert on integrated marketing communications including audience-centric communication streams, multi-channel campaigns, success measurement, trends, and opportunities </li><li>Define integrated communications plan and required content briefs prioritized against audience and channels to inform editorial output </li><li>Develop and manage omnichannel campaigns in collaboration with channel-specific and regional teams including, but not limited to digital, email, web, OOH, nurture, and event channels </li><li>Measure, optimize and report on the impact and effectiveness of integrated marketing communications efforts, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement </li><li>Partner with internal stakeholders including brand and creative, product marketing, regional and in-country marketing, and cross-functional departments to define and execute content by audience and communication channel </li><li>Develop a data-driven approach to prioritize, test, evaluate, and optimize integrated marketing communications initiatives in order to reach defined objectives </li><li>Conduct proactive follow-up, monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives using both qualitative and quantitative inputs/techniques to enable continuous learning, and campaign/program optimization </li><li>Model a collaborative and team-oriented approach, work collaboratively throughout the business </li><li>Partner with internal and external agencies to ensure deadlines and commitments are met </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Skills and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 8+ years of experience managing integrated marketing communications initiatives, preferably in the healthcare industry </li><li>The ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across different teams and at all levels of the organization </li><li>Highly skilled at informing and editing storytelling to drive audience-oriented content </li><li>Strong program management skills to ensure progress progression in a timely fashion </li><li>Deep functional expertise in all aspects of marketing communications with a proven track-record of driving business results through marketing and sales enablement programs </li><li>Excels at working cross-functionally, aligning multiple stakeholders </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing integrated demand campaigns that drive audiences through the marketing funnel </li><li>Experience making effective, fact-based decisions with data, and the ability to obtain data from market and customer research to inform those decisions </li><li>Creative thinker who can tie the role of marketing programs to the overall product and business strategy </li><li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on personally executing at the highest levels </li><li>Superb verbal, presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Training</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required, MBA or Master's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Due to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
