As a Senior Associate - Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality products that resonate with our clients. Join us to make a meaningful impact by building end-to-end payments product experiences that drive value for our customers through successful product launches and exceptional client experiences.</p> <p>As a Senior Associate - Technical Product Manager in Connected Commerce, you will be at the forefront of product innovation, guiding the end-to-end product life cycle. You will collaborate directly with key cross-functional teams, acting as the key point-of-contact for product discovery, delivery, and execution.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers. </li><li>Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap. </li><li>Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition. </li><li>Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability. </li><li>Monitor and drive product success through performance metrics, customer feedback, and manage product issues while ensuring compatibility with evolving technologies. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials. </li><li>Partner with technical and architecture teams to delivery scalable solutions that meet customer needs. </li><li>Oversee partner engagements/relationships in collaboration with Payments partner groups. </li></ul> <p>Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area. </li><li>Strong technical competence and ability to partner and lead engineering and architecture teams. </li><li>Experience working with Agile methodologies across 1+ scrum teams </li><li>Demonstrated success in product management roles, ideally within the financial services industry. </li><li>Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for driving change and influencing stakeholders. </li><li>Ability to think strategically with a focus on long-term objectives while executing plans methodically. </li><li>Strong commercial aptitude and ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization. </li><li>Blend of critical and creative thinking, outstanding communication skills, and ability to inspire and work well with others. </li><li>Experience working effectively in a matrixed environment, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships across diverse peer groups. </li><li>Bachelor's degree, (MBA preferred), in computer science, business, or related field. </li></ul>
