The Management Associate Program (MAP) offers 12-month rotational experience designed to build a starting foundation in commercial banking and credit analysis while providing exposure to key functional areas including credit, risk management, finance, and commercial specialty banking. The MAP Program offers a unique opportunity - ideal for early-career professionals seeking a long-term career in financial services. As a MAP associate, you will gain foundational credit and treasury skills, perform financial analysis (including cash flow, financial statements, and risk assessment), and support underwriting and risk-mitigation efforts. The program emphasizes collaboration, client relationship development, exposure to banking products and digital solutions, and adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. Minimum Requirements: This position requires the following educational and/or job experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field</p> <p>Desired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all the following skills:</p> <p>Coursework in statistics, economics, quantitative finance, applied/computational mathematics, data analytics, machine learning. Bilingual language skills Strong analytical, communication, and multi-tasking skills Strong work ethic, high attention to detail, and self-motivation Proficiency with multiple systems and software, including Excel.
