<p>Anti-Human Trafficking Program VISTA</p> <p>The Anti-Human Trafficking Program VISTA will serve a one-year term with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) at its Tallahassee office. The VISTA will support efforts to expand the Anti-Trafficking team's scale and reach by expanding community partnerships and developing supplemental resources to strengthen program capacity, such as donated goods and services from local businesses, and opportunities for corporate volunteerism. This position will join the IRC Florida Anti-Trafficking team that supports the Tallahassee and Miami offices. Through these responsibilities, the service member will actively contribute to the agency's mission to support clients on their path to safety, healing and recovery, and self-sufficiency. Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.</p> <p>Member Duties : - Work with case managers and program leadership to assess resources needed to strengthen the Anti-Human Trafficking Program. - Develop and formalize at least 12 new community partnerships (average of one per month) that support Anti-Trafficking program goals in Miami. - Secure a minimum of $15,000 in documented in-kind contributions from local businesses, organizations, or corporate partners. - Design, pilot, and implement at least 3 new volunteer or corporate engagement opportunities, such as donation drives, workshops, or skill-based volunteer initiatives.
