Our Renewable Energy segment leverages strong execution and development capabilities to power a cleaner future.</p> <p>Key Roles and Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>Process Development & Improvement </li></ol> <ul> <li>Assist in mapping and documenting existing O&M workflows (e.g. preventive maintenance, corrective works, service reporting, client updates) </li><li>Support development of standardized process flows for solar maintenance operations </li><li>Identify inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to enhance productivity and consistency </li><li>Develop SOPs and work instructions for internal team and contractors </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Workflow Automation </li></ol> <ul> <li> <p>Support automation of routine O&M tasks such as:</p> </li><li> <p>Service report generation</p> </li><li> <p>Maintenance scheduling trackers</p> </li><li> <p>Asset/database updates</p> </li><li> <p>Client reporting templates</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, macros), Power Automate, or other digital platforms to streamline processes</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in building simple dashboards for tracking system performance, faults, and maintenance status</p> </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Data Management & Analysis </li></ol> <ul> <li>Support creation and maintenance of asset databases for solar PV systems </li><li>Consolidate and clean maintenance and operational data </li><li>Perform basic data analysis to identify trends (e.g. recurring faults, downtime patterns) </li><li>Assist in generating reports for internal review and management updates </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Documentation & Reporting </li></ol> <ul> <li>Assist in preparing technical documentation, checklists, and inspection templates </li><li>Support improvement of service report formats for clarity and standardization </li><li>Ensure proper record keeping for maintenance activities and compliance </li></ul> <p>Qualifications, Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Background in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems or equivalent </li><li>Basic knowledge or interest in renewable energy / solar PV systems </li><li>Familiar with Microsoft Excel; knowledge of macros or automation tools is an added advantage </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Detail-oriented with good organizational skills </li><li>Good communication and documentation abilities </li></ul> <p>Our Culture at Sembcorp</p> <p>At Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.</p> <p>We foster an institution-first mindset, where the success of Sembcorp takes precedence over individual interests.
