Here, you will receive endless support and appreciation while building a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.</p> <p>As a Development Research Associate, you will perform prospect research and preparation of confidential reports used for individual, corporate and foundation cultivation and solicitation.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Ohio, Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Independently prepares research profiles that analyze and evaluate individual, corporate and foundation prospects for cultivation and solicitation at the major gift level.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and evaluate new prospects as well as other proactive measures in collaboration with the supervisor and development officers.</p> </li><li> <p>Review reference sources.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the analysis of current research needs and implementing methods for improving research operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with fundraising projects primarily by providing appropriate data and information.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in information science, business, liberal arts or other research-intensive programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum one year related research experience required.</p> </li><li> <p>Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>Experience utilizing development or relational database software is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $47,530.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $72,475.00</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
