<p>OVERVIEW:</p> <p>Maintains cleanliness and safety of SF Kroc Community Center and grounds to provide a welcoming and safe experience for guests, staff and program participants.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure floors remain clear of all tripping and other hazards </li><li>Maintain and ensure all floors are clean, swept, mopped, and / or vacuumed weekly </li><li>Maintain and ensure all restrooms are clean, swept, mopped, stocked, and sanitized weekly </li><li>Empty trash receptacles as needed. </li><li>Clean and re-stock restrooms as needed. </li><li>Clean and re-stock breakroom as needed. </li><li>Support the ordering and stocking of cleaning supplies and cleaning supply inventory. </li><li>Regular deep cleaning services as assigned </li><li>Support in event and program set-ups as needed and as requested by supervisor. </li><li>Other cleaning and maintenance duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Have familiarity with cleaning general spaces (i.e. bathrooms, classrooms, garage, etc.) and cleaning supplies </li><li>Able to learn and be trained in operating cleaning/maintenance machines as directed and as needed (i.e. hand trucks, carts, commercial floor cleaners, etc.) </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent (required) </li><li>Valid CA driver's license (Preferred) </li></ul> <p>SKILLS AND ABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to take initiative </li><li>Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and get along with others. </li><li>Team player </li></ul> <p>EQUIPMENT USED:</p> <ul> <li>Modern office equipment and relevant software. </li><li>Relevant janitorial and maintenance equipment. </li><li>Center iPads as needed </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. </li></ul> <p>ADA Statement:</p> <p>Qualified individuals must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.
