This role is focused specifically on digital product and operational analytics not marketing analytics, Adobe Analytics, tagging, or clickstream marketing tracking.</p> <p>The position blends strong technical data capabilities with business analysis skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates curiosity, independent problem-solving ability, and a strong ownership mindset. This role values mindset and analytical thinking as highly as tool proficiency.</p> <p>A core principle of this role is automation and scalability, with a strong bias against manual, Excel-driven processes.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support digital analytics initiatives for online banking platforms (non-marketing focus). </li><li>Perform user segmentation and entitlements analysis. </li><li>Support and enhance administrative dashboards used by internal website admin users. </li><li>Gather business requirements and develop a deep understanding of business processes to support API builds. </li><li>Partner with product managers to define, build, and track KPIs. </li><li>Support system upgrades and conduct transition impact analysis. </li><li>Design scalable, automated reporting solutions. </li><li>Reduce reliance on manual processes and Excel-driven workflows. </li><li>Operate independently while demonstrating structured problem-solving. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience). </li><li>Experience working within financial services, banking, or regulated financial environments preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with financial products, digital banking platforms, or enterprise data governance standards strongly preferred. </li><li>5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Unit Data Analyst role. </li><li>Strong business analysis capabilities, including requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement. </li><li>Experience working within digital product environments (online banking experience strongly preferred). </li><li>Demonstrated experience building KPI frameworks and analytical dashboards. </li><li>Experience supporting API-driven or system-based data initiatives. </li><li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Technical Exposure</p> <ul> <li>Alteryx </li><li>Tableau </li><li>Snowflake </li><li>SharePoint </li><li>Strong SQL and data manipulation skills </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits</p> <p>GSG is excited to offer its consultants a robust option of benefits which include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage.
