<p>Duties</p> <p>Community Unit School District 308 is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Principal of Oswego East High, beginning July 1, 2026. This is a full-time, 12-month position.</p> <p>Please see the job description below:</p> <p>Principal Job Description</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualified applicants will have a valid Illinois Professional Educator License with a Principal or General Administrative Endorsement; M.A. in Education Administration; 5 years of teaching experience and prior administrative experience.</p> <p>Additional skills required are excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of school improvement process and collaborative leadership style.</p> <p>Salary/Benefits</p> <p>The recommended candidate for this position will receive a regionally competitive starting salary ($140,000 - $180,000) depending on educational background and experience.
