Your goal is to engage, develop, and expand our product and customer portfolio for the edge computing and embedded/IoT solutions. In this role, you will be creating innovative solutions integrating relevant software solutions with edge computing. You will be representing Supermicro in major trade shows and conferences to network and meet with clients, further developing solutions and opportunity pipelines. You will also participate in product and solutions design, and ensure new products incorporate the expectations and requirements from customers to increase business opportunity.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):</p> <ul> <li>Create and promote market solutions for assigned vertical markets and use cases (retail, security, surveillance, healthcare, manufacturing, industry 4.0) </li><li>Actively support sales to acquire and win target customer </li><li>Create high value partnerships with relevant software vendors and system integrators </li><li>Actively work with sales and partner to drive customer acquisition </li><li>Create assets to help sales enablement and web-presence (script, battle-card, pitch-deck, …) </li><li>Present supermicro at shows, conferences, customer events </li><li>Continuously update and refine solutions with new technologies and/or use cases </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering or equivalent experiences. </li><li>12+ years in relevant roles relating to solution building with SW and HW </li><li>Hands on experience for software integration a must </li><li>Solid communication skills in both verbal and written, able to communicate with C-level clients effectively </li><li>Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and marketing skills </li><li>Strong executive presence with a track record of winning mid to large clients/business </li></ul> <p>Salary Range</p> <p>$180,000 - $212,000</p> <p>The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.
