<p>Work Schedule:</p> <p>Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.</p> <p>Be part of something remarkable</p> <p>Come provide diagnostics, instrumental and non-instrumental assessment, and treatment to complex pediatric patients in the areas of feeding/swallowing disorders, voice disorders, upper airway disorders, and cleft/craniofacial anomalies. This role requires frequent collaboration during coordinated appointments with otolaryngology, gastroenterology, plastic surgery, pulmonology, and others.</p> <p>We are seeking clinical fellows who demonstrate strengths in the following:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to analyze and synthesize information from a broad-based fund of knowledge in medical communication and voice science and disorders. </li><li>Ability to engage in evidence-based problem solving. </li><li>Motivation to achieve an advanced level of clinical competence in prevention, screening, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with voice and swallowing disorders. </li><li>The ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a multidisciplinary medical setting. </li><li>Self-evaluation resulting in actively identifying steps to develop new skills and acquire knowledge. </li><li>Ethical, responsible, and professional conduct. </li></ul> <p>Each fellowship has a 9/7/26 start date and is 13 months in duration, ending 10/1/27.</p> <p>Applicants should prepare the following materials, compiled as a single PDF file.
