Experience with Salesforce reporting, Excel, and Snowflake is preferred but not required. I&C Analyst will be responsible for helping develop, implement, and maintain I&C solutions that help drive strategic decisions across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Legal & Compliance team to conduct investigations, provide detailed reports, and create insightful reporting that assists in reducing risk exposure and fraud.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Analyze large datasets to provide insights and support decision-making processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Design, develop and maintain reports that help to ensure data integrity of commissions and underwriting accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Generate ad-hoc reports based on business needs using Salesforce and Snowflake.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure that I&C solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with the company's strategic goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in presenting complex data in a simple, actionable format to business stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Acquire, upload, and maintain carrier claims data from carrier partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the development of API's to be utilized in enterprise browser to identify data anomalies.</p> </li><li> <p>Regularly review reports and accurately identify data inaccuracies for correction.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage Snowflake as the central cloud data warehouse to store, manage, and analyze data efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct investigations and ensure organizational compliance of industry standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and design effective reporting solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other teams.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience and Education</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in Excel data management and reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working with Salesforce reporting and Snowflake preferred, or willingness to invest in training resources.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Insurance industry is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with data visualization best practices and the ability to tell stories through data.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong problem solving and critical analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal daily oversight.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and present to C-suite.</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits Summary</p> <ul> <li> <p>High quality voluntary health, vision, disability, life, and dental insurance programs</p> </li><li> <p>401K Matching Plan</p> </li><li> <p>Employee Stock Purchase Plan</p> </li><li> <p>Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave</p> </li><li> <p>Corporate sponsored programs to enhance employee physical, financial, mental, and emotional wellness</p> </li><li> <p>Financial Solution Program</p> </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity:</p> <p>Goosehead is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, guidelines, and regulations.
