Provide other building maintenance where needed.</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Welding and Fabrication (+5 year's experience)</p> <p>Proficient in MIG, Stick and Tig(Stainless and aluminum) welding. Pipe fitting Route, fabricate and install new sanitary and steam line. Certification preferred Material inventory</p> <p>OR</p> <p>Wastewater (+2 year's experience)</p> <p>Operate DAF Pump changeouts Chemical testing and correction Record keeping and insuring permit compliance Chemical inventory License holder</p> <p>OR</p> <p>HVAC (+2 year's experience)</p> <p>Ammonia system knowledge HVAC knowledge Install/removals Repairs Preventive maintenance</p> <p>Perform good housekeeping practices in all work areas. Order and maintain necessary inventory of supplies. Assist in other mechanical duties as required. Preventive maintenance and work orders Confined space entry of tanks and rigging.
