We are always seeking great people who aren't just searching for a job but looking to make a difference.</p> <p>We are seeking a full-time RN for our St. John's Surgery Center at Fort Myers, FL. The RN is cross trained to be competent in all areas of the center, including pre-op, post-op, and circulator. *Overtime may be required.</p> <p>We are seeking a certified surgical technician to join our team and assist with surgical procedures. The successful candidate will have a great eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare operating rooms for surgery and maintain a sterile environment </li><li>Assist surgeons during surgical procedures and anticipate their needs </li><li>Prepare and handle surgical instruments and equipment </li><li>Monitor patient vital signs during surgery </li><li>Manage and dispose of surgical waste and material </li><li>Coordinate with other medical staff to ensure quality patient care </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of an accredited surgical technician program </li><li>Certification as a surgical technician (CST) </li><li>Knowledge of surgical instruments and techniques </li><li>Understanding of surgical procedures and protocols </li><li>Ability to multitask and work well under pressure </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours and on-call shifts </li></ul> <p>If you are a team player with a passion for the medical field and a commitment to patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.</p>
