We're not just about roofs; we're about building meaningful careers through ongoing training and a commitment to high standards paired with genuine care.</p> <p>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Run low-slope roofing projects from kickoff to final walk-through - the Kanga Roof way. </li><li>Lead your crew toward safe, efficient, high-quality work. </li><li>Ensure the roof is watertight every single day, no exceptions. </li><li>Communicate directly with General Contractors, Field Superintendents, and building owners. </li><li>Guarantee the entire job meets all Manufacturer Specifications and our quality expectations. </li></ul> <p>As our Low-Slope Roofing Foreman, you'll work a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 7 AM and 4 PM.
