<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>In this internship, you will support the I.T. Department in hardware repair, installations, system updates, security installations. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the daily duties of the IT team and develop skills as an entry level IT employee.</p> <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of computer hardware, peripherals, and network equipment. </li><li>Support operating system updates, security patches, and firmware updates in accordance with IT and cybersecurity policies. </li><li>Assist in creating or updating basic IT procedures, checklists, or user guides. </li><li>Participate in IT improvement initiatives such as hardware refresh projects, security upgrades, or process documentation efforts - security project likely the focus of internship presentation. </li><li>Perform all reasonably related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be currently enrolled in a four-year college or university program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or other similar fields of study. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) </li></ul>
