We are Givaudan - Human by nature.</p> <p>BASIC FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Manually compound, filter and/or dispense finished products and/or intermediates. </li><li>Movement of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging to and from the warehouse. </li></ul> <p>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Compounding - compounding of liquid flavors and /or intermediates </li><li>Filtering - Filtering of liquid compounded batches </li><li>Filling - filling of liquid finished goods for shipment </li><li>Running - the movement of materials between liquids and the warehouse. </li><li>All areas - work is executed within the departments Quality expectations </li></ul> <p>PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>6 Months' time in service after completion of core new hire department-specific training </li><li>No current written warnings for attendance </li><li>No written warnings for Safety issues in the last six months </li><li>Demonstrates interpersonal skills - fosters positive relationships with team members. </li><li>Adhere to Standard site Promotion qualifications. </li></ul> <p>TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES</p> <ul> <li>Basic math, reading, and recordkeeping skills. </li><li>Compliance with systems/programs similar to Givaudan's Quality, EH&S, and Food Safety programs. Compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal regulatory requirements as defined by Givaudan procedures/policies.
