Learn more about the benefits of joining Team UES and our core values at careers.teamues.com.</em></p> <p>The Business Integration Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing cross-functional integration projects that align with business growth, operational efficiency, or post-merger initiatives.</p> <p>This role ensures seamless alignment of people, processes, and systems, driving successful outcomes for key</p> <p>business transformation efforts.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>? Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of business integration projects, including mergers,</p> <p>acquisitions, system transitions, and process realignments.</p> <p>? Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to align integration goals with</p> <p>functional requirements and timelines.</p> <p>? Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring clear scope definition, task assignments, and</p> <p>milestone tracking.</p> <p>? Identify potential risks and dependencies, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure issue resolution</p> <p>throughout the project lifecycle.</p> <p>? Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs to ensure timely delivery and budget</p> <p>adherence.</p> <p>? Facilitate regular project meetings, document progress, and ensure consistent stakeholder</p> <p>communication and alignment.</p> <p>? Collaborate with change management and training teams to support adoption and continuity across</p> <p>affected business units.</p> <p>? Ensure documentation, reporting, and handoff of integrated processes and tools are completed</p> <p>accurately and on schedule.</p> <p>?
