We have 4 operating rooms offering a full range of surgical procedures including: ENT, General, Gastro, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, Spinal, Urology.</p> <p>Job Summary: Directs, coordinates and controls the multi-disciplinary activities for patients undergoing surgical intervention and recovery in a safe environment. Responsible for the interpretation, direction, and evaluation of nursing practice to promote safe, efficient, and therapeutically effective nursing care throughout the Pre-op and PACU. Demonstrates the primary goal of providing surgical and recovery care services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Formulates and implements nursing philosophy and objectives consistent with the stated goals of the Center. </li></ul>
