<p>This position is for the 2024-2025 school year.</p> <p>Bullitt East High School is looking for an energetic person to maintain the cleanliness of our school community. This person will perform routine custodial activities at an assigned school site or facility to maintain buildings, locker rooms and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly and secure condition. Hours are from 2:30-11 pm. Monday through Friday. Basic custodial duties. Previous cleaning experience preferred.</p> <p>The position is 8 hours per day and 182 days per year.</p> <p>170 instructional days, 4 holidays, 7 planning days and 1 extended day</p> <p>Contracted days will be adjusted depending upon start date.</p> <p>(Considered full time with benefits - see below)</p> <ul> <li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire. </li></ul> <p>Step 0: $14.05</p> <p>Step 10: $16.00</p> <p>New employees to the district may bring in up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience. (NOTE: It will be the responsibility of the applicant hired to submit the BCPS verification of experience form to their prior employer to complete and return to HR.)</p> <p>Although Classified positions are paid on an hourly rate, salary is set up on a year long contract and divided by the number of reamining paychecks.
