<p>We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Malta in a hybrid working mode.</p> <p>In this role, you will contribute to designing and engineering a cloud-based (AWS) replacement for the current Core TO mainframe system. You will collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to manage requirements, define strategies for modernization and support initiatives related to re-write, new implementations and enhancements.</p> <p>Conduct stakeholder interviews to capture high-level requirements and business objectives</p> <p>Map high-level user flows (AS IS and TO BE) to identify gaps and opportunities</p> <p>Perform competitive analysis to inform design and strategic decisions</p> <p>Map the impact of new features on current systems and processes</p> <p>Facilitate working sessions and workshops to draft experiential requirements collaboratively</p> <p>Prepare feature strategy presentations that clearly communicate value and rationale</p> <p>Present experiential and functional requirements to business stakeholders, design teams, development teams and decision-makers</p> <p>Create comprehensive requirement documents that outline feature goals, address critical scenarios and identify open questions</p>
