Join our team in Sussex, WI, and help keep our cutting-edge converting, printing, and extruding equipment running at peak performance.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>As a Maintenance Technician, you'll perform a wide range of advanced maintenance tasks with a focus on electrical troubleshooting and equipment reliability. Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnosing and repairing electrical/electronic systems and components </li><li>Programming PLCs and installing new machinery </li><li>Performing preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment </li><li>Managing parts inventory and sourcing materials </li><li>Supporting special projects and ensuring timely completion </li><li>Maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to root cause analysis </li><li>Promoting safety and reporting any unsafe conditions </li><li>Assisting other departments and cross-training team members </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills </li><li>Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments </li><li>Proficiency with computer systems including Excel and SAP (preferred) </li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills </li><li>Lean manufacturing experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>We offer a collaborative work environment where your technical expertise is valued and your growth is supported.
