Enabling functions may operate as a center-led global team, providing a central strategy, structure, and standards; or as business partner teams, with resources embedded within the businesses to deliver business unit-specific results.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Lead relationship between internal business stakeholders and IT project delivery teams.</p> <p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead relationship between internal business stakeholders and IT project delivery teams </li><li>Drive industry best practices within the technology framework </li><li>Lead large programs and projects adhering to industry best practices </li><li>Identify opportunities to expand system utilization or training gaps in the business </li><li>Identify and design end to end solutions that limit customization </li><li>Effectively articulate how to execute strategies and shape technology solutions, partnering with delivery teams and providing mentorship to business analysts when appropriate </li><li>Define set of strategic, core and support capabilities that surpass functional and organizational boundaries </li><li>Identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, systems and data that interact with the business </li><li>Identify which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes; research, evaluate and recommend solutions to drive effective business solutions </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Profile</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT related field and 8 years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li>At least 6 years of experience mapping business processes and operations to develop integrated business architecture for SAP ERP system and satellite applications </li><li>At least 2 years of experience performing functionality design for SAP ERP system, or satellite applications, ensuring proper integration and interfacing with SAP to run business transactions </li><li>At least 2 years of experience defining functional specifications with business and technical teams to support SAP ERP system functionality documentation design and delivery </li><li>At least 5 years of experience implementing, configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP ERP modules including Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Controlling, General Ledger, and Accounts Payable to execute end-to-end business processes and ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements </li><li>At least 4 years of experience ensuring SAP system compliance with country-specific localization requirements for tax and legal reporting </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Must live within normal commuting distance of worksite.
