<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Provide office support and assistance in the development and implementation of Student Life programs.</p> <p>Essential Duties</p> <p>General office duties for Student Life including ID machine, phones, counter questions and support.</p> <p>Assist with programs provided by the office including things like event decorating, sign-in, and data input.</p> <p>Assist with purchasing supplies for Student Life programming.</p> <p>Coordinate logistics and respond to emails regarding room reservations.</p> <p>Assist with social media marketing and budget tracking.</p> <p>Assist with special events such as Paint The Zoo Blue and Commencement.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>High school diploma or GED.</p> <p>Must maintain CPR and First Aid certifications.</p> <p>One year experience in customer support.</p> <p>Require demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and computer skills.</p> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft office and flier creation software.</p> <p>Ability to work a flexible schedule.</p> <p>Must be able to position self to decorate spaces, move tables and chairs, set up refreshments, etc..</p> <p>Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least one hour at an event.</p> <p>Ability to work outside if event is scheduled there.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Experience in working with all populations in a community college setting.</p> <p>Bilingual preferred.</p>
