We strive to support our team and agency by managing procedures, analyzing data for informed decision-making, and maintaining transparent compliance reporting.</p> <p>This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Vendor Payment Audits: Conduct monthly post audits on a sample of vendor payments to include AOD, WORKS, STMS, Contracts, and FLAIR invoices </li><li>Staff Training: Trains new staff in the Bureau of Finance and Accounting </li><li>PALM Training Coordination: Coordinates with Florida Palm liaisons to create and conduct PALM trainings and job aids.
