Currently involved in some of Canada's largest infrastructure projects, ACCIONA delivers solutions that contribute to the economic and social progress of the communities in which it operates. www.acciona.ca</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Survey Project Coordinator supports the Survey Team ensuring collaboration with other departments and subcontractors.</p> <p>Responsibilities include managing schedules, budget forecasting, scope of work preparation, procurement, supplies inventory, reviewing drawings, coordinating inputs and deliverables, and maintaining documentation.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Focus on Safety as paramount priority during all the activities including planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports the team compliance with safety requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive Documentation Support: Independently produce documentation for Scopes of Work and Work Plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage Purchase Requisitions and Commercial Evaluations:</p> </li><li> <p>Manage procurement activities, including drafting requisitions, conducting vendor evaluations, and supporting technical assessments. Oversee the procurement process through to delivery and invoicing.</p> </li><li> <p>Apply Independent Project Management Skills: Plan and execute tasks independently using strong organizational skills. Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while adapting to project changes.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster Effective Communication: Employ advanced and professional communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns and aligning project goals with stakeholder expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure Accurate Project Documentation: Utilize professional documentation practices to record, structure, and distribute internal survey meeting minutes. Track action items, clarify technical discussions, and ensure alignment between survey activities and broader project objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a systematic filing and revision control process for all related project documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Required Software expertise: Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD (basic at least).</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred Software expertise: Visio, PowerPoint, Civil3D, Revit</p> </li><li> <p>May support Surveying activities as needed including, but not limited to: Using AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Global Mapper to analyze data and create construction documents. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to ensure drawings meet project specifications and industry standards.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Diploma or associate's degree in engineering technology, Surveying, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, or in a similar role performing activities as procurement, estimating, budgeting and forecasting, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines.</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication and team collaboration skills.
