We're looking for a Service Bureau Specialist / Turret Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) at our Miamisburg, OH location.</p> <p>In this role, you'll be a key player in our operations, responsible for setting up and operating thermal and inkjet printers. You'll work with a variety of slitting, tubing, and turret machines to produce custom labels and tags for our clients. This position requires someone who is highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while also collaborating with a team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Operate and set up thermal and inkjet printers for custom printing, encoding, and finishing of labels and tags. </li><li>Interpret order specifications and perform quality set-ups and changeovers on turret slitter machines. </li><li>Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure a quality production run. </li><li>Order materials and ensure all production materials are at the machine before a job begins. </li><li>Package and label finished products according to customer specifications. </li><li>Collaborate with your team, group leaders, and other departments to meet goals and continuously improve processes. </li><li>Assist, train, and support other team members as needed. </li></ul> <p>We're looking for someone with:</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>At least 2 years of related experience is preferred. </li><li>Proficiency with basic math, including decimals and percentages. </li><li>The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs overhead. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>A mechanical aptitude and excellent eye-hand coordination. </li><li>Experience with PC skills (Google, Excel, Word) and a plus if you know RFID, Monarch thermal printers, or Inkjet printer technology. </li></ul> <p>If you're a dedicated and detail-oriented individual ready to take on a crucial role in our production process, we encourage you to apply.
