<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage day-to-day restaurant services functions, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for Distribution Center operations </li><li>Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guidebooks, new processes, and contingency plans </li><li>Own credit and claims processes for the distribution center </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with Owner/Operators, Restaurant Managers, Suppliers, and Field Office positions within the local market </li><li>Act as liaison between customer supply chain manager and distribution center </li><li>Ensure our internal stakeholders are aligned with customer communications and changes to processes and procedures are cascade appropriately </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 9 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
