Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>To implement, build, maintain and optimize Epic integration systems leveraging Cadance skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the Epic Cadance EMR software, operations and workflow, and work closely with the project team's clinical leaders to translate business needs into EMR functionality.</p> </li><li> <p>Epic Cadance knowledge and should have prior experience in working with various interfaces and related integrations.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with clinics to identify gaps, provides mutually agreeable solutions to close workflow gaps.</p> </li><li> <p>Involves design, building, testing, and implementation of Epic integration application systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Works with clinicians to create or adapt written protocols.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot the issues and provide solutions to the prevailing issues.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>5+ years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare and EHR experience, with a focus on Epic experience</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on implementation experience in Cadence</p> </li><li> <p>Cadence Epic certification is must</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of Cadence workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Experience contributing to EHR implementation plans scope and timelines</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and vendors.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Tapestry experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's or Associate's Degree</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
