Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer experience and communications skills.</p> <p>Part-time Position Available</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Water Zumba Instructor to lead fun and engaging aquatic fitness classes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, experience in group instruction, and a strong ability to motivate participants in a water environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and deliver exciting Water Zumba classes for participants of varying fitness levels. </li><li>Demonstrate proper techniques and modifications to ensure safety and effectiveness. </li><li>Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere. </li><li>Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe workout environment. </li><li>Collaborate with the fitness team to promote classes and engage the community. </li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and aquatic group exercise. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Certification in Group Fitness Instruction and/or Water Zumba (or equivalent). </li><li>Strong knowledge of Zumba routines and aquatic fitness principles. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work well in a team and independently. </li><li>CPR </li></ul>
