<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>This position designs and facilitates training for users of the Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) web browser to include introductory training for new users, enhanced training for experienced users, one-to-one assistance, and assists with online learning. It ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and policies. Evaluates and monitors training effectiveness with supporting metric's and addresses results through individual and group refresher sessions as well as online resources. Designs and facilitates disaster benefit training. The position also utilizes vendor reports to identify training needs for cardholders, workers, and merchants. Designs and implements resources for assisting with the needs identified. Ensures that training documentation, evaluations, and attendance records are retained and available for use with federal and state reporting requirements. Maintains intranet and public facing EBT website with informative, relevant, and current information. Leads training sessions for groups varying in attendance from 5-100 employees. Demonstrates strong computer knowledge in word processing for document and training material production, in spreadsheet design for analysis of training attendance and results in web design for intranet and internet application, and in electronic presentation software for live and online training support. Serves as an EBT helpline contact for the Office of EBT. Serves as the EBT office resource for reviewing documentation and ensuring uniform graphic presentation and correct grammar and punctuation. Candidates preferred with knowledge of US Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Guidelines and state policies relating to WV Works, SNAP, and Children's account benefits.</p> <p>Click The APPLY Link To Apply Online.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Training:Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university.</p> <p>Substitution: Additional experience as described below may be substituted for the required training on a year-for-year basis.</p> <p>Experience:Four years full-time, equivalent part-time paid or volunteer experience in a technical or program area that is related to the area of employment.</p> <p>Substitution: Post-graduate education in a field related to the technical or program area may be substituted for the required experience on the basis of fifteen semester hours for one year of experience.</p> <p>Other Information</p> <p>Three (3) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in the Health and Human Resources series may substitute for the required training and experience.</p>
