The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. </li><li>Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. </li><li>Conduct gap analysis. </li><li>Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories. </li><li>Support activities including planning, tracking, and reporting. </li><li>Facilitate meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations. </li><li>Assist in System integration or user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business needs </li></ul> <p>?</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Good experience as a Business Analyst </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and project management software. </li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages. </li><li>Familiarity with Oracle finance systems. </li></ul> <p>Mandatory Skills: Retail Supply Chain Management .</p> <p>Experience: 5-8 Years .</p> <p>Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
