The Sr. Manager, Enterprise Strategy will play a pivotal role to supporting new growth initiatives and enabling execution of key strategic priorities. You will operate within a nimble team dedicated to top priority strategic initiatives with executive leadership visibility. You will closely partner with business stakeholders across our core businesses, including Caremark, Retail Pharmacy and new strategic ventures across Health Care Delivery. This role requires comfort in working with ambiguity, as our team strives to create simplicity within complex, cross-functional strategic challenges. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
