Lead, guide, and support the Human Resource team, including Compliance & Benefits Manager and Talent Acquisition Supervisor. </li><li>Drive accountability, engagement, and company culture. </li><li>Align HR strategy with business goals. </li><li>Oversee compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. </li><li>Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. </li><li>Operate with autonomy and confidence, taking the initiative to solve problems before they surface. </li><li>Take a genuine interest in employee experience and engagement. Use soft skills and communication to build trust across departments. </li><li>Support recruiting strategies, evaluate complex background checks, and ensure hiring aligns with company standards and values. </li><li>Partner with Business Manager to support payroll and billing. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all labor laws, workman's compensation claims, benefits administration (including ACA/401k), and internal HR policies. </li><li>Provide timely, clear, and actionable HR updates to leadership and staff. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of HR leadership experience </li><li>Strong communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills </li><li>Self-starter with a bias toward action and results </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>SHRM certification required </li><li>Experience with HRIS systems and background with payroll processing preferred </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Base Salary $80,000 </li><li>Company Vehicle </li><li>Full Benefit Package (health, dental, vision) </li><li>401K with Company Match </li><li>Comprehensive Bonus Structure </li><li>Weekly Pay </li><li>Paid-Time Off </li><li>Parental Leave </li><li>Employee Assistance Program </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>At Assistance Home Care, we value initiative, compassion, and collaboration.
