Lead, guide, and support the Human Resource team, including Compliance & Benefits Manager and Talent Acquisition Supervisor. </li><li>Drive accountability, engagement, and company culture. </li><li>Align HR strategy with business goals. </li><li>Oversee compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. </li><li>Partner with leadership to enhance employee experience and organizational performance. </li><li>Operate with autonomy and confidence, taking the initiative to solve problems before they surface. </li><li>Take a genuine interest in employee experience and engagement.
