RNs must use independent and considerable judgment in providing a wide variety of services. As directed by a physician, RNs also give patients medicines and treatments</p> <p>What you will do in this role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>You will?monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain?accurate, detailed reports and records.</p> </li><li> <p>You will record patients medical information and vital signs.</p> </li><li> <p>You will order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to?identify?and assess?patients?condition.</p> </li><li> <p>You will?modify?patient treatment plans as?indicated?by patients responses and conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>You will direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit.</p> </li><li> <p>You will consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.</p> </li><li> <p>You will?monitor?all aspects of patient care, including diet and physical activity.</p> </li><li> <p>You will provide?care -?demonstrating?competency in the care of the postpartum and newborn patient population.</p> </li><li> <p>You will prepare patients for and?assist?with examinations or treatments.</p> </li><li> <p>You will provide education to?patient?related to?self care?and newborn care.</p> </li><li> <p>You will provide education to?patient?on discharge instructions.</p> </li><li> <p>You will?assist?with?maintaining?compliance with federal,?state?and other governing bodies such as Joint Commission</p> </li><li> <p>You will?supports?the facility's Standards of Performance and ICARE values</p> </li></ul> <p>What qualifications you will need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing</p> </li><li> <p>Current licensure by Tennessee Board of Nursing or other acceptable Board of Nursing</p> </li><li> <p>Current BLS certification (Other certifications as?required?per Provision of Care for area of employment).</p> </li><li> <p>1 Year of RN experience Required</p> </li><li> <p>Mother Baby experience preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>TriStar StoneCrest proudly serves Rutherford County, Tennessee.
