Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Release Planning and Execution: Developing release plans, coordinating with stakeholders, and managing the execution of release activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with the release.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement: Implementing and improving release management processes and workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Communicating with stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure transparency and collaboration.</p> </li><li> <p>Quality Assurance: Working with QA teams to ensure the quality of the release and identify defects.</p> </li><li> <p>Post-Release Support: Providing support and addressing issues that arise after the release.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in Release Management type role </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle C2M </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle Systems: Knowledge of Oracle products, such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, or Oracle EBS, is highly desirable. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience with Release Management Expertise: Experience with release management processes, tools, and frameworks. </li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience. </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in the Electric Utilities Industry </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
