We have a common purpose to ensure transparency and a collaborative environment where team members are encouraged to express their ideas with a strong belief in promoting from within the organization.</p> <p>8:30 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Basic Life Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Personal Time Off, Paid Training, Employee vehicle purchase plans, Health and wellness, Saturday Lunches, Discounts on products and services</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>All dealership Title work </li><li>Reconcile and prepare daily cash deposit </li><li>Reconcile and process daily credit card deposit </li><li>Enter finalized cash receipts and update receivable ledger </li><li>Research and process bad checks for collection </li><li>Maintain sales tax exempt information </li><li>Post accounts payable invoices </li><li>Record and maintain all 1099 information </li><li>Process 1099 year end forms and reports </li><li>Prepare accounts payable checks in a timely manner </li><li>Issue Purchase Orders to vendors as necessary </li><li>Maintain adequate office supplies </li><li>Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership </li><li>Experience with automotive title work </li><li>Proven track record </li><li>Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results </li><li>Available to work full time </li><li>Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel </li><li>Team-oriented </li><li>Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check </li><li>Professional personal appearance </li><li>Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to sit and talk or hear. </li><li>Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 30 pounds. </li><li>Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. </li></ul>
